Luno respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We expeditiously remove infringing content when properly notified.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and made available on Luno in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following mandatory information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., source code, asset, or original URL).
  3. Identification of the infringing material on Luno and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (exact URL or script slug).
  4. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Luno maintains a strict policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice containing your contact information and consent to federal jurisdiction under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
